My DIrector of Football is accepting loan offers nowhere near what I've asked him for. I've told him to only accept offers with 50/60 wage split and at least Regular Starter, he's now accepted two offers for 0/0 with Fringe Player. -

I'm playing as Reading FC, who are under transfer embargo for 22/23 meaning they can't buy players. They should, however, be able to loan players but I am unable to do so on Football Manager. To recreate, start a save as Reading, find a midfielder you want to loan, say Pape Matar Sarr, then try to approach Tottenham for a loan.
