Started a new save with Aston Villa but Ings & Watkins don’t suit this role,finding it hard to find anyone who will come

I do exactly as what youve said but I make sure the personality of the experienced player suits as well.

I’d only put the younger into a group with people with professional/determined personality or above that,seems to work most times.

Ive just started a Norwich save myself,won my 1st 3 games of the season including beating Man U 2-1 👍🏻
 

Starting budget wasn’t great so only managed to bring in 2 players Ivan Sanchez & Thilo Kehrer (Loan). I couldn’t shift any of the players I didn’t want out so having to make do. Will post a more thorough update once I’m properly into it but quite excited about this save 😊
