Searched but couldn't find (although I can't imagine I'm the first to ask): I would love to be able to design a new away (and third) kit each season, the same way you would in the editor or in create-a-club. And perhaps to be asked whether to hire a design team, sponsor, or design yourself?

Watching Kian Fitz-Jim every other week at Jong Ajax I think his technique and flair in-game are on the high side, while his positioning and leadership are a two of his key qualities on the pitch IRL. He is captain of the Jong team and is always where he needs to be, and is the conductor of the whole squad. Of course mental attributes develop later, but these two specifically could be better represented, I think.

Additionally: the interface does a "swapping" movement, but the names end up the same. -
When opening tactics during the match I can only swap positions if I drag the shirts, not when I click on the name and select a player to "sub" who is already on the pitch. Has led me to accidentally subbing the wrong player. (E.g. I played Ajax, had Tadic as a false 9 and wanted to sub on Klaassen as a 10, who takes Kudus' place, Kudus plays false 9 and Tadic comes of, but then I accidentally take Kudus of for Klaassen, because the Tadic-Kudus swap isn't registered by the game like it was in previous versions). Hope I'm not double posting
