In the semi-official document, the post of "Manager" of Kitchee is actually vacant. They registered Chu Chi Kwong as "Head Coach" (總教練) and Kim Dong-Jin as "Asst Coach". In fact, last year it also reported that Chu Chi Kwong left the post of Manager and Kim Dong-Jin took in charge as Interim Manager. But after that, no formal news saying he sat back the post of Manager.

1- Transfer was requested but seemed not included in the last minute. Will request in dbc file to see if possible to include him.
2- He gained Hong Kong nationality already this year.... And actually he lived in Hong Kong for many many years already.
3- He lived in Hong Kong since 1/1/2016. It is very likely that he will gain the nationality after 31/12/2022. If you don't set it, as far as I know the game would let you to set when he will get the new nationality.
3- He lived in Hong Kong since 2010 and this is his 12 years in Hong Kong. He is already applying the HK SAR passport as I heard from the source from HKFA.
4- Nicholas and Sanzio are born in Hong Kong and already eligible to have Hong Kong nationality. Shahwaiz also lived in Hong Kong for many many years and the situation is the same.
    5- Situation same as (3)
6- The squad was updated according to HKFA website. Can you point out how completely be wrong? Or please wait for the final version of the database.
The players' loaned to HK U23 are set based on the media reports. But I realize that there are different versions on the media reports and thus there are differences.

For points 3 to 5, if player is registered as a local or not is not determined by whether he lives for Hong Kong or not, it determines by the following rules:

    1. Actual Hong Kong born Chinese

    2. Actual Hong Kong born player or live in HK over 7 years without Chinese ancestry and with foreign nationality, he must GIVE UP his foreign nationality, obtain Hong Kong PASSPORT in order to play for Hong Kong, despite he lived in Hong Kong(even lived over 7 years), the case of Nicholas, Sanzio, and Shahwaiz, Benjamin Ortega  is this. Prabhat Gurung is also this case, yes he lived in HK so many years and have HK nationality but because he has Nepal nationality with Nepal passport , he is considered a foreign player, he gave up his Nepal nationality in order to regulate as local player and play for HK. This is why Eastern Lions is showing him with his passport as evidence(https://www.instagram.com/p/CkPk0exSlBk/). The above players are considered as foreign players by HKFA and is marked with a yellow star(foregin player)https://www.hkfa.com/en/club/49/detail/

Another example (Jahangir Khan) by the way, why he is still show as Pakistani when he already played for HK 8 times?

    3. Holds a foreign nationality but lived in Hk more than 7 years, give up his original nationality, apply for HK nationality and passport. I point out Everton(Lee Man) is because in the game he has obtained is HK nationality already in Aug pre game but in reality is not and he is regulate as foreign player still, Awal, Dudu(Southern) is also the same case

    image.thumb.png.5d7b404ca3e705593ca1753c7ab2f8dd.png

4.(Special case) Mixed blood with HK Chinese, born or not born in HK doesn't matter, can be registered as local player in league but can't play for HK .In order to play for HK national team again, need to GIVE UP his foreign nationality and successfully apply for a PASSPORT

example: Jared Lum, Oliver Gerbig, Clement Benhaddouche

    Nationality law: https://www.immd.gov.hk/eng/residents/immigration/chinese/law.html

    What is local/foreign player?(page14): https://www.hkfa.com/upload/rules/HKFA_Regulations_on_the_Status_and_Transfer_of_Players.pdf

For HK U23 example Poon Pui Hin is playing for Kitchee(even scored 3 goals) but the game said he is loaned to HK U23

    image.thumb.png.feba0346477509a74cafef932192f05d.png

Yip Cheuk Man(should be playing for Resources Capital) loaned to HKU23 for no reason again

    image.thumb.png.babee410a3dda70e18c77a05f23a001c.png

I want to point out a very important thing that is mentioned in another page for HK U23:

  4. Adjustment on the first point.

The first rule is not applicable on HKU23 and HKFC

HKU23 are only able to register 5 overaged players and include 3 overaged players in match

HKFC: There are no restrictions on the number of foreign players HKFC can register. However, the team must have at least nine Hong Kong players in the squad, with no less than three on the pitch during matches.
