I need help to understand more about seeded draws, giving seedings to teams and giving byes to teams to start in a later stage of a competition. For example, let's say I have two cup competitions called A and B which play out in the same year.Tournament A finishes in July while Tournament B starts in October. Once tournament A finishes, I want the top 16 teams that ranked high to be seeded/ receive byes into a later stage of Tournament B. To put into more details about Tournament B: Tournament B will have a preliminary stage and Main stage. The preliminaries stage will consist of 16 blocks with each block having a winner meaning 16 teams will be qualified to the main stage of the tournament. I want the main stage of the tournament to have 32 teams which include the 16 teams from each block (Preliminary Stage) + the top 16 ranked teams from Tournament A meaning the top ranked teams will be seeded/ given byes and be automatically qualifed to the main stage. By the way, these teams belong in the same division/league. Does anyone know how I can do this in the editor?

Does anyone know how i can create a competition like this but for club teams instead? Because I want to create a regional tournament similar to this one with multiple stages which include knockout rounds in each of the stages but I have no clue how to do this in the Advanced Rules Section. Does anyone know how I can do this in the editor?
