Are set pieces optimized for "KASHMIR 4123 191 Goals with PSG"? Or do they not matter that much?

thanks! Just for fun, what would be the best way to go about making a tactic for a "perfect" team (e.g. all attibutes 20)? Would "normal" formations still work best or would it be better to have something like 8 attackers

What's the best tactic to use for an almost-perfect team? I've got an insane starting 11 thanks to some regens. Would a very attacking tactic work?
