Debt is free the new (admittedly amazing) stadium. Presume it may take an age for them to clear the debt.
If you work on reducing your wage bill then it may go some way towards reducing that debt.0 -

I have downloaded a couple of updates, one is the Pr0 update mentioned above, with up to date transfers, plus with the Glazers willing to sell etc. I have also downloaded an update with the real life fixtures and results.
So instead of starting on todays date or from the beginning of the season, I decided to load the Brazilian league so I could start in December, again with all the real life results. I did this to give me time to sort staff, transfer targets etc and it also means I will still get the youth intake which I wanted. It also just to add something different as with the update we have Arsenal top, and both Liverpool and Chelsea struggling.
This is the start we have had so far.
Rashford playing as the striker is on fire. I usually like playing a 4-3-3, but in my save in Germany I had just finished I developed a 4-2-3-1 which has been quite good.
Now as the update I'm using has the Glazers wanting to sell, it didn't take long to get this message.
Be quite happy if we get a tycoon, now as Man utd we don't need the money but its still nice to get a good takeover instead of the boring promotion from within takeovers.
Though we might get taken over by a tycoon, I intend to be clever with transfers, so I have already agreed to sign N'Dicka from Frankfurt on a free at the end of the season, and I'm doing everything to get Tielemans on a free as well, I can't offer him a contract as of yet so I'm doing my best to stop him signing a new deal with Leicester.
Striker is obviously the big one, and I have Vlahovic, Kane, Osimhen and Evanilson on my shortlist for that position.
So lets finish the season and see how we can finish off Ten Hag's good work from the start.

I want Mullin and Palmer to develop a great relationship upfront so was looking for a 4-4-2 or 4-2-4 but would be open to any suggestions.0 -

what's the advantage you get from playing the RB as IWB on attack as opposed to a WB on support like the LB?
Is it connected to the right sided CM being played as a CM on support and the left sided CM being the BBM on support?
In short, would it be detrimental to also make the RB a WB on support?0 -
Yeah, you're definitely right.
Like with a lot of other FM players, I am expecting instant results. I feel getting a tactic in and letting the players get used to it will definitely get the best results. What I should do is adapt my mentality when playing against bigger teams and see how I get on from there.0 -
With their stupidly high transfer budget and abundance of players you can sell on for good profit, I have recently started a save as Brighton.
I can upload a screenshot of my squad later when I get home from work but is there a tactic you guys would recommend? I really like the look of HOLY GHOST FIRE 41131 POSSESSION P103 EC CC and was wondering if it could work? How long do you guys give tactics to bed in? I have tried other HGF Knap tactics already this season but I am worried I have not given them enough time to work or I have chosen the right one(s).0 -

I have backgrounds on and a load of custom graphics also. Is there anyway I can test or anything I can do to get this to work? It's a fairly important screen lol

I know how do it once I have started a save but is there anyway to have the same responsibilities delegated for every save?
When you load the game up for the first time, it asks you but once you're finished doing that, there appears to be no way of going back and changing your mind.0 -
Hey everyone,
You know that (usually) annoying screen you are greeted with when you load up the newest version of FM for the first time where you are able to delegate jobs once and don't have to do it for every save?
How can I get that back so I can properly delegate tasks going forward?
