I can’t seem to make any transfer bids, it says next available date, even though the date has passed. And it won’t let me increase from £0, any help please 

 

photo 1 is the transfer offer where it says date and the transfer bud value will not increase. 
 

photo 2 is the date currently in the game! 
 

please help! So frustrating!
