[Getting players in form]

I usually have this issue with my goalkeepers, they will concede the first shot on goal and play bad even when they have good ratings in consistency and important matches. 
I usually save the match by quickly put on the reserve keeper and he will usually play good. I 
is there any way to my players in form when they have a bad run? I usually warn them for bad form, they will agree but nothing really changes? Any tips? Put them on the bench for a while?

 You can actually jugde players PA by their price tag, if jude cost 1,26 Bill he got svive 180 PA. If tanguy cost 400+ hes got above 160  kinda not realistic that this happens with the prices

 

[Disproportionate Number of Players Asking to Leave]

I to think that the amount of unhappiness from squad players in too high, whenever you do decent , half the squad gets unhappy immidietly because their not played every match. If you try to lower their squad status as often recommended in the staff meetings they get pissed off and usually you just have to sell them for nothing or loan them out. 
January comes and your squad is halfed because of this.

As someone who has played at a decent level myself ( self praise i know) i think what is almost impossible to implement is the real dressing room hiarchy that happens. People will know that others are better that them in training etc and will accept that atleast for a longer period of time than 3 months unless they are complete narcissict wich 99 % are not. 
 

I hope they will tone down the unhappiness of the not starting 11 abit in the future, some times it feels like playing Feelings manager 22. 

[Strange Job situation]

Yeah, It seems the very hard to get jobs in other countries , is it another form of reputation? I won the Seria A, CL and the cup with Milan in the first season, I quit in one save and continued in Milan in another.

In the one I quit I wasent even considered as   gaffel in Leicester and Leeds in the prem. 
 

So I decided to contenue with Milan and won the league and cup again, lost CL final. 
 

Then Klopp went to Real and after som Intervjues I got the LFC after getting recjected at Man C and U. 
 

Pep took the Milan job 😂

Listen to this one, worst FM luck ever. Managing Tottenham in the first season, bouncing around 7-10 in Christmas and the media has me as a favourite to get fired.

But I turn things around and when there is 2 matches left we are in 4th place, with 6 points down to Arsenal and Leeds. My to games are pretty easy, Lester home and Watford away.

First game I go 23 shots with 12 on goal, Leichester has 3 shots and they all went in. I lost 0-3. Then Watford , They have 5 shots and 2 on goal, I have 19 and 9 on goal. I loose 2-0. Meanwhile both Arsenal and Leeds have won both their matches and pushed me down to 6th place, Chelsea won the FA Cup and endes 7th in the league so Im back in Euro Cup 2.

Here is the kicker, I face Real Hispalis/Betis in the Euro Cup 2 final. I have 27 shots and 16 on target, they have 3 and 1 on target. They won 1-0.

I was playing with my 15 year old son on that save, he was Arsenal ( 5th place) so I coudnt rage to much 😂 

[Newcastle qualifying for the Champions League]

Newcastle is so much fun in Fm22, bought Vlahovic, Rice, Timber, Mancini,Ricci and Lodi (before winter update) and sold a bunch of crap. 442 direct counter or gegenpress is amazing. 
Wilson and Vlahovic is just crazy. I finished first after being 8th at christmas. Signed Haaland in the summer lol. Sold a bunch of crap. 

In my other saves they vary from 8th-16 usually, they just pay way to much for mediocre players, in my West Ham save they paid 78 mill for Soseck in the January window. In my Tottenham they paid 35 mill for Dier etc. Just throwing cash on players that dont make them better. Ps wtf is up with City always buying Santos, Gosens and Patrick Berg on EVERY save? Is it just for me?
