[in games substitutions from 5 to 3]

It's happening in the Champions league and in English domestic competitions. I see the other team getting 5 subs and me only getting 3.

Kyle, I hit this twice in a row on this save that I just uploaded to SI Cloud Service with title: 20220116 Awaiting Media Reaction Bug Barcelona.fm. In both instances I was playing the next game against Mallorca and got to the Locker room screen and went back to see the match ratings. When I picked an option for the post match pep talk, I get a stuck screen on Awaiting media reaction. Both times I quit out of the game. Hope that helps you to repro.
