It's happening in the Champions league and in English domestic competitions. I see the other team getting 5 subs and me only getting 3.

I'm in the US and I get the MLS as the default league when I try to start a new game, but I mostly play in England, so it's a bit tedious to have to change each time. Is there a way to set the default league or country for the Career Game Setup screen or is it set based on where you bought the game? I've looked around and can't find one but it would be a nice setting.
