I'm in Vanarama North League managing Kidderminister Harriers and I've asked the board to increase wages but they won't do it.. Thanks for your help. -
I can't sign any youth staff as the board don't offer enough wages There's not even enough money to hire the worst rated ones. Surely I can't go without youth coaches all season. Is there anything I can do to rectify it?

So mental attributes don't matter when looking for youth players? What about physical stats do they matter?
