    How to modify (new) agreements so that players belonging to nations within those agreements can move at age 16(like the EU), instead of the normal 18?
  2. Kilod
    The EU agreement basically means free movement of players from age 16 upwards, while other agreements have their players locked from moving abroad till they're 18.
