Thank you @zoaghouweel for bringing this up, I have the exact same issue in FM23. I was going to buy FM24 now as I assumed this would have been fixed, but I'll just wait for now then. I'm managing Bayer 04 Leverkusen in FM23, and it makes no sense that a top European club with state of the art youth facilities would train some of the world's best wonderkids in a part-time II team. I actually assumed that this problem would be solved after a couple of seasons, when the II team gets promoted to 3. Liga, but I'm now quite convinced that there is a bug that prevents that promotion as well. My II team should have been promoted by now in my opinion, judging by the standard of players alone. Also, looking at the players' stats, in more or less every II team match the outfield players score more goals than the goalkeepers concede (even if the actual results for the matches in the Regional Div. West league where the II team plays can't be seen). So, I've now spent hundreds of hours trying to build something that then turns out to be impossible to achieve because of these bugs. @Michael Sant (or anyone else at SI), I'm happy to provide more information, or a FM23 save, if it helps. Otherwise I'll just follow this thread and buy FM24 when the "Public Status" is changed to "Resolved". Thank you!

Sorry, do you mean that that interview problem doesn't happen to everyone every time? I'm afraid I have overwritten my save files etc. many times after my post, but I'll see if I remember to save separate files the next time that happens.

I actually think I know now where that 3.30 comes from: he played 2 matches in that role, but one of them was less than 15 minutes, so he didn't get a rating for that match. For some reason it counts as 0.0 here. Another example: Edmond Tapsoba has played 8 matches with an average rating of 6.85 (first screenshot below), but on the other screen it shows that the average rating would be only 5.10. In two of those 8 matches he played less than 15 minutes and didn't get a rating - which again seems to mean a rating of 0.0 for the second, "Tactics > Player" screen. The ratings he was given add up to 41.1, and if you divide that by 6, you get 6.85 (which should be correct), but if you divide it by 8 (which I don't think is correct), you get 5.1 (rounded). It would be great if this could be fixed - at least I like to try different players in different positions & roles & duties all the time, and it would nice to be able to quickly see how they perform in them. (As a side note, here the "half-a-star" is wrong as well, it should be 3,5 stars.)

Thanks Dereka! Unfortunately the numbers (& other stuff) I see there are quite random, see e.g. the screenshot (Mitchel Bakker) below. It shows an average rating of 3.30, when the player has never had one performance with a rating below six. Also, I don't think it's possible to play in Full-Back role in Defender (Centre) position. And the duty part is missing as well, and it is visible in the tweet I linked in my previous post - which is why I thought that maybe there is another place where I could see that kind of stats. Also, the four stars is wrong - when you click to open that pop-up, it only shows two stars which should be correct. I had this kind of problems already in FM20, and I reported them for FM22 last year here:
