Thanks for the hint.
Earlier I tried the skin.fmf fix posted by joe5p but it did not work.
Now I applied the Wannachup Japan Club Fix and changed the skin_config.xml to point to Zealand skin. It works good as far as I can see.
For anyone who is interested in please refer to the below instruction provided by wannachupbrew.
1. Open the FM22 Resource Archiver (it should be under 'Tools' in Steam)
2. Using the Resource Archiver, extract the files from 'Japan-Fix-FMDefault' into your 'skins' folder.
3. Rename the extracted 'Japan-Fix-FMDefault" folder to 'Japan-Fix-FME'
4. Open the folder and then open 'skin_config.xml' in a text editor
5. Replace the contents of that file with this:You may change the value in the "parent" to whatever skin you use.

Hello everyone! I am working on making 2D and 3D kits for the J2 and J3 teams. My goal is to have them all done before the Japanese Supercup on Feb 12. In the future I will also try to get the JFL 2D and 3D kits done as well but that might not be until the summer of 2022.
I am trying my best to make the kits as best as I can, But some teams kits are harder to replicate accurately. @Robbles Quin ®™ Is helping me find the right sponsors and helping me with Japanese text since it is not my native language. I am trying to make 2022 kits if they are available but if not I will be using 2021 kits. I will also be taking some minor liberties with the third alternate kits.
I am attaching some samples of my work so you know what to expect. I want to help improve this great database. I hope you guys will enjoy the kits once they are ready!

i managed to do it, use archiver to extract the wachu´p skin, and does the same with Zealand, change some names and save it. open the game and change the skin.

@Hands95 I plan to after I get around to asking him for permission to distribute the fix (It doesn't use any of his files, so I'm sure it would be fine. But I'll ask anyway as a courtesy). In the meantime, here is how you can do it yourself (just please don't post it anywhere without permission). It's very easy:

6. In FM22, select the 'Japan-Fix-FME' skin
NOTE: FME must still be installed for the fix to work. The Japan-Fix-FME skin will use FME as a parent skin, so just keep updating FME as normal, but use Japan-Fix-FME in game. It will use all of the files from whatever version of FME you have present in your skins folder and add the files needed for the Japan club fix.thank you, I will try but "FME" is just the base skin of wannachup or something else?

I tested what you say but, when I load up the Instant result skin my game crash and can't open if i fon't erased the file of my skin folder, strange, I think i have an issue somewhere else

Metallic Logo Pack and kits are on sortitout. J1 has 3D and 2D and J2 has 2D.
I have a fantastic new helper that has started on making 3D and 2D kits for us.

Hey, where did you find your differents graphics patch please? the logos and kits for example, I see some people on the forum with very complete graphics vut I don't know where to find them

its easy enough. if you want to verify the database, you have to ONLY verify the bottom level and after 5-6 tries it will verify.

It's not complete as the editor data ? We can't change everything we want, in this mode? I need to create players based on my friends profile, dont worry, I will wait for an update or I will do with the simple file or the club creation mode, thank you for all!

Thank you, I just want to create a team in the JFL, no more, I want to erased a team (I don't care what JFL team is), The only problem is when I do the "rules test", and I have not this problem with the simple file, actually I can't change something in the database, even if i change nothing the rules test is always wrong. I stop messages on my editor problem, I wrote a lot on it

There is no solution to the editor problem yet? Excuse me if I ask from time to time it's a project for friends on a discord group.

yeah if you can, i can give you the template if you have photoshop ? Basically go through each time in J3, save the portraits for every player and apply the template. @joe5p can provide the UIDs if needed
i don't have photoshop but I can provide you a files withs the faces and the right UID of J3 players? It's not a lot but if it can help you, so you just have to photoshoped them after?

you can try to see the profile of your club by right click on the icon on the left of the hom page, and click on "profile" like someone said before
