cheers for that, from looking around a 256GB SSD OS and a 1 or 2TB HDD is likely the best i'm going to get.

is the CPU and Graphics: (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 4 GB) decent on the Acer or are they near end-of-line, might go for that and double the RAM, that would do for the next 10years

looking for a replacement desktop, Windows 11, 16gb RAM, 2tb solid state drive, and with a graphics card - old PC/GeForce card has seen me through 10 (yes!) FM installs,  and through Windows 7 to WIndows 10 upgrades, won't upgrade to WIndows 11, so time to move on!
not fussed on a laptop for gaming, desktop is less likely to fall over 5mins after you buy it

have seen this, price is a bit on the high side as I only want it for FM use, would like a larger HD and more RAM, basically so I never have to upgrade
