    In the first edition of qualifying they take part - But afterwards; in the 23/24 cycle, there is no U18 to take part in Preliminary Qualifying; whereas every other European nation does. I have tried to look around to see if there are any news articles of San Marino withdrawing from the Euro U19s but I haven't found anything.
