The issue is still under review internally, we aren't able to share any details on future bug fixes as given the nature of the development cycle we simply cannot guarantee a fix would be in a future update.

CA/PA have never been a part of the attribute masking option. There are options like customised skins/graphics which may show information not typically available.

A save game file would help with looking into it further as well then, if you have one available.

There's a lot of subjectivity when it comes to this, and a lot of players probably aren't that aggressive in negotiations. You can drive player deals lower by skewing more heavily on agent fees, or clinch the deal that way with comparable terms. 

We need specific examples so while we can take a look at the players in the screenshots, if those transfers have already taken place it does limit what we may review in regards to it.

We have been asking for save game files from just before such offers come in so that we can do a dive into these on our side. They are still needed for us to investigate further.

I can certainly appreciate this is a frustrating one to have encountered. Our QA team will need to review this further and see what we can work out in regards to what is happening here.

[Finance Projection]

The projections will not in any way impact your FFP as the pass/fail is solely determined by your actual income/expenditure in the relative period. Not all types of expenditure count for FFP either, so the overall projection screen isn't a direct tool to assess FFP. 

Obviously leading a club there are considerations like this, and if you do fall short of an FFP assessment it's not game over but merely the presenting of a different challenge.

Having a save in which we know the issue reproduces is a very useful step for the QA team when it comes to investigating. Our internal builds may function slightly differently, and given how the bug arises it might not be reproducible on our side given that. Our QA team will take a look into this further.
