Hello perpetua, I found a bug in the game and the editor, I even took a screenshot and I would like to report it so that the problem can be solved. You cannot play foreign players in the TFF 3rd League and Regional Amateur Leagues according to the 2023-2024 status, but foreign players can be played and rented in the game and in the editor. This error also occurs in the original database. In the patch I created, there is a problem with the TFF 3rd League and Regional Amateur League rules, just like in the original database, I did everything I could but I could not solve the problem.
