[Season Review news item doesn't make sense]

This news item contradicts itself multiple times in one paragraph...

For context I'm sure Ipswich would have been expected to do well in League 1 but they sacked their manager in November with the club languishing way down in 22nd & in real risk of relegation.

I took over in December when they were still hovering around the relegation zone but guided them to 6th in the league & won the playoffs to secure an unexpected promotion to the Championship.

Surely the news item should be a little more upbeat to reflect that turnaround rather than calling it "a season to forget"!

I'm still playing the same career but my game has progressed on loads since. Would the save file still be of use?

Offered one of my players an opportunity to become a Player/U18 Coach but the move was vetoed as board felt that the current number of U18 coaches (3) was sufficient.

Cancelled the contract renewal but asked for an increase in number of coaches allowed to try again. Board agreed (after convincing) but news item say it has increased from 3 to... 3

 

[Issue with Loanee Players Parent Club]

Yep, same thing.

I loaned the player for a second season & 12 months on he is still unhappy about "playing in a weak role" even though it's literally his favoured position.

I have experienced this issue too but not as extreme.

Loaned Tom Bayliss from Preston to Notts County, agreed to play him as an Advanced Playmaker. He played the overwhelming majority in that role but, due to injuries, he played a handful as a Deep Lying Playmaker too. 

Preston Manager Alex Neil contacted me 3 times about it & Bayliss got unhappy too.

Now, one season later, I've loaned Bayliss again & he still has a slight concern over playing in a weak role despite holding me "In the highest regard as manager" & listing me in his favoured personnel.
