  1. Hello @elliotf14. Sorry to hear that you are having issues with corners. You can adjust your players instructions for set pieces. Outside of matches, if you go to the Tactics screen ([Club] -> [Tactics]) and then tap on the Set Pieces tab along the bottom of the screen you will see buttons for Defence and Attack. Tapping on each of those will allow you to see and edit the instructions for each player for your set pieces. You can select each set piece type by tapping on the area of the pitch and then adjust the player instructions by tapping on the tile to the right hand side of a player's name in the Instructions column on the right-hand side of the screen. I hope this helps.

  2. Hello everyone. We are continuing to investigate this issue and we're looking for a bit more information to help pinpoint the cause of the vanishing saves. Could you all please let us know if there were any unusual occurrences when closing down the game immediately before the save disappeared? Did the device run out of battery and close down? Did the game close unexpectedly?

    In addition to that could all of you please confirm whether you had made any manual saves along the way or you were completely relying on the game's autosave functionality?

    Answers to these questions will greatly improve our understanding of what is going on here as we work towards finding a solution so please do take the time to provide us some answers.

Further to Alari's request above it would be really useful if you could get a screen recording of the issue occurring along with a save so that we can try and reproduce it on our end, please? Also if you could give us as much information as possible on the issue including the device and operating system version that you are playing the game on so we can build up as complete a picture as possible?

     

  4. Hello. To everyone who has posted here. Could you all let us know when you started the career where you are experiencing these issues with, please? Also could you all start a brand new save and let us know if the issues are affecting the brand new save, please?

  5. Hello @topline. Thanks for getting back to us. The first thing we would suggest you try is to remove all of the 3rd-party content that you have added to the game (the logo and face packs) as it can interfere with the way the game functions. In order for us to be able to look into this issue further we will need you to provide a save for us from just before the match where you first experienced the issue (the Genoa match).   6. Hello @RickyKosta. Thank you very much for the feedback. We do read all of the feedback we get and try our best to make improvements based on what the community tells us. There is a lot of information you have provided here and while it is all appropriate comments for the bug tracker can we ask that you separate out all of the issues you have mentioned here into individual posts. Doing this makes it much easier to track the individual issues and see which ones we have resolved and which ones still require our attention.

  7. Hello everyone. Thank you all again for raising this issue with us. A hotfix has now been released to deal with this issue. We ask that everyone updates the game to 14.3.1 and checks to see if that resolves their issue. Any additional issues should be reported in a fresh thread.
