How do you swap, it seems like a simple step for everyone but I’m not sure how to do it

I’m looking to do the exact thing, how did you manage to move usa to europe? Also someone recommended me to take a country out of europe and switch it so maybe switch a country like austria with usa and it should possibly work

How can I switch a league or country from africa with a a country or league in europe so that country in africa plays champions league, someone recommended me this but I do not know how to switch them

I would like to play european champions league with a Moroccan team however since we can’t select a moroccan team in game I downloaded the league via a mod but I can’t figure out how to change the continent to europe or allow it to play champions league in another way in the pregame editor. Does anyone know what I can do?
