[Option to get crowd going in games]

As stated by the title,  I think that there should be a button or something to get the crowd going, which could potentially have an impact on player performance, especially in big games, like derbies or massive cup or European games.

I don't know if it is just me that experiences this, but I occasionally get confused about how my gk, who has only had to face one shot gets a 7.4 rating at the end of a game, whilst my wingers and CAM, who have been constantly be troubling the defense by dribbling and passing end the game with 6.4s or 6.5s. I get so annoyed that the only way for them to get good ratings is by scoring or assisting.

I think that there should be more training options in the game. For example, for match preperation and match tactics, you could potentially watch a training match to evaluate your players. 

[[Discussion] More dynamic potentials for youth players]

I feel that this needs to be improved because the star potentials for some players don't always match their in game form for the youth teams. I sometimes get regents who finish top scorer for my u18s, but still with only 2* potential.
