Where it says "other match selection criteria" it will no longer be obligatory to put minors to play to complete minutes neither at the start nor at the end of the match. -
That now there is no longer an obligation of minutes for U20 players. In the words of the Peruvian soccer federation, "The participation of minors in professional soccer tournaments will be free competition, without any type of conditioning; that is to say, there will be no bag of minutes in League 1 or League 2".
