    Now even more oddly, the Board recently approached me without me asking, to see if I wanted the budget for the Technical Director to be increased. I responded with "yes" but in the months since nothing has changed regarding the technical director. He is still on the same rolling monthly contract on the same salary.

  2. I want to replace my current Technical Director who is on a rolling month to month contract but there is no option to "release" or anything like that

    I have the staff responsibility assigned for hiring and firing the Technical Director

    I have noticed that the current Technical Director is also a Director as secondary job. But I like to think I can relieve him of his primary job and he still gets to stay on as director. Or is this the reason I can't terminate his employment?
