I’m editing the teams and creating players etc. but how do I make the league playable?

My apologies, if this is already been answered or is even pinned somewhere in the forum… …but how do I make the J League playable (myself) without downloading an existing database? J league or any unplayable league/nation for that matter. I’m looking to do this on FM18, if that makes any difference?

Hey, I’m playing FM18 and have an editor file that I’ve been loading (an FMF file). All of a sudden, the game isn’t recognising it. I’ve tried resaving it under a different name and even tried downloading different FMF files as an experiment, but the game still any recognising them either! Can anyone help?
