[multiplayer always disconnecting from server]

I have got the same issue and have tried deleting the cache and made sure clocks are correct but it does still disconnect. Mines not as often as every 2-3 minutes (ours is like once every 3 or 4 games) and i'm the host but it happens on and off throughout our sessions and has since release.

I have been playing a save for a while now we are about 10 seasons in. The issue is my friends always disconnect from my game. It will happen multiple times a session and sometimes we need to restart the game. It has nothing to do with our internets. Is there any solution to this?
