Player with playing time Squad Player (James Harding), gets concern over his playing time when I buy a new player (Curtis Fonseca). I say "he won't change your playing time" but he still gets unhappy. I play James Harding in e-ve-ry sin-gle game (even though he plays appallingly, and has clearly dragged team morale down because he's upset) and he still says he "feels let down over playing time" since the new player's arrival, despite also apparently being "delighted with how his playing time is being fulfilled". Even though Curtis Fonseca isn't playing in his position, isn't eating into his playing time, has far fewer minutes than James Harding, and James Harding is playing rubbish anyway and ruining the team morale. James Harding has Fairly Determined personality, which I know isn't the best and doesn't necessarily have much Professionalism to it, but his conduct is statistically unrealistic, based on no logic, and is ruining my enjoyment of the game.

I never ask my scouting team specifically to scout individual players, and have my scouting range set just to my division (as I'm pretty poor), but my scouts just take it upon themselves to individually scout dozens of players...costing me a fortune?! Assigning scouts is set to be my responsibility, all my shortlists are not set to keep scout reports updated, I even go to the Scouted Players pane and manually stop as many players from being scouted as I can every now and again, but I still find loads of players are being individually scouted (costing me £100,000+ in before the league season has even started - a fortune for me)...does anyone else have this problem? What can I do?

When I'm on the squad screen, this pop-up (the one towards the keft of the screen starting "PEAK; Needs match practice..." appears all the time, wherever I put my cursor, always, and doesn'e go until I got to another screen then back again
