[Stadium stuck on planning permission for 3 seasons]

Unfortunately I don't have a save around that period as I just have it on rolling auto save. 

If it can't be helped then not to worry, I'll learn to keep my older saves!

Hi, 

My board built a new stadium, it has gone to planning permission and has been stuck there for 3 seasons. 

There is nothing showing in "ongoing board requests" either.

Any help would be massively appreciated!
