So... does this mean it'll stop crashing when browsing for new players to sign when on the Steam Deck? I logged it as a bug previously and got told the Steam Deck wasn't supported and so it was closed. Can we log Steam Deck bugs now and they'll get looked into?
Love that this has happened now, btw.

How's the text input on it? I find with FM22 if I try to search, I can bring up the keyboard but can't type anything. Only game it seems to happen on. Hoping it's okay with FM23

Adding to this, because it's a brilliant idea... the option to then get regular updates on said player. Give me reports on how he's doing, whether he's adapting well to the new position that he's now getting played in, is he looking like he'll make it as a player. Let me know whether it's worth the extra effort that's being put into retraining him in a new position. Make the youth manager actually do something more than what they do now.

The main thing that needs improving as an international manager IMO is having to constantly answer questions and getting news reports on why players aren't getting called up. They haven't played in 2 years, that's why. Or they've literally played a handful of games for Real Madrid and done poorly but everyone seems to think they deserve a call up more than a striker that's playing regularly and scoring. Makes zero sense and has always ruined international management for me. "Shock as XXXX misses out". If he's not playing or even getting a decent rating, where's the shock coming from?
Player reputation counts for far too much and doesn't take into consideration their actual playing time, or how well they actually perform it seems.

I think it was FM14, but I had a Faroe Islands striker that turned into a beast. He tore the league up for a few seasons until the next game was released. The only disappointing part was that his national performance was incredibly disappointing. Something like 80+ games and 6 goals. I was playing in the Dutch league as Den Haag and he was scoring over 30 a season every year. Ball got to him in the box and you'd be celebrating a goal almost every time. Just a shame about his international career... but I guess he couldn't do it all on his own. One of the most impressive players I've ever signed and cost hardly anything.

Liverpool fail to beat Port Vale TWICE (stoke beat them in the next round though)
Nothing unusual about it to be honest. It is Liverpool after all. Not a great team, but can manage to beat some great teams whilst losing to really poor teams. That's what Liverpool are about!

Cherno Samba easily. The guy ended up as an England regular back in the day. Was really excited when Plymouth signed him in real life a few seasons ago as I had some good memories of him scoring between 20-35 goals in every season on my usual Argyle save... was a real disappointment. I knew he hand't lived up to his potential in any way, but I still thought that he'd be decent enough. He wasn't. Real shame.

Dialogue Exchanges are Childish

Dialogues do need an overhaul. There's times where all the options are essentially saying the same thing just different ways. Like every answer is basically saying yes to a player. Where's the no option? I think one example is I select ask an agent about availability and there's no option to say something like "all of that is well out of my price range". My max wage is £1k a week. Barely have any money. Agent tells me the player wants £8k a week. I either accept, tell them to lower it or stall. Why isn't there a "I can't get anywhere close to that so we're done here". My options are reply or just end chat without saying anything. But every dialogue should have a yes or no scenario rather than positive or negative, because reading some of the negatives they're still saying the essentially the same thing as the positive ones. Next time I find the one I'm thinking off I'll post it.
