I dont know why is it hardcoded like this but makes no sense to always replace the president on first election when in real life it was obvious that he was gonna win again, i tried to load the save over and over again with 1 month before election and result is always the same, tried to start 7 different saves with different databases and in those 7 saves the result was the same
