unfortunately no i've contacted Sega support and i'm awaiting their response

Hello guys For the past few days I have been unable to select Zoom 50% when I try to scale the screen.The option does not appear even when I change the resolution of my computer or check the integrity of the game files on Steam. I also tried to remove all the skins I was using, as well as my caches and preferences settings and still nothing. The only options that show up are Zoom 85% 95% and 100% which are simply too big which makes the game unplayable for me at the moment. What should I do? Is there anyone who has experienced this kind of problem before?
