Currently, i started a save on Athletic Bilbao (Football Manager 2020) and noticed that it was quite impossible to hire u19 coaches due to the wage demand (they all want around 15k per month). To verify if the problem was from the save, i also started a new save on Athletic Bilbao, Barcelona, Real Sociedad, Sassuolo and Tottenham and was possible to check that the same u19 coach asked to Tottenham and Sassuolo a wage of 4-5k per month and 15k per month to the spanish teams. Does anyone know if there is a fix to this problem?
