Top stuff once again @Ö-zil to the Arsenal!! How would you go about working toward this style of play at a mid/lower-mid table side? If this were the end goal, tactically, what would be an appropriate start point? Knock mentality down to positive, lower tempo, more disciplined? Obviously squad building and club development play a huge role here too, but interested on how you would approach a save with say a Brighton or a Villa, with an eye to evolving tactics to something like you have implemented here?
