These are the crash dumps I am getting

Not sure what they mean or how to interpret them. Any help on how to avoid getting crash dumps?

It's really irritating especially when they are so frequent

If a 'crash dumps' folder appears within the 'Sports Interactive' folder,  does that mean there was an issue in-game which caused the crash?

Even though there is no actual file within the folder.

I've just had a few crashes and trying to gauge whether it's the laptop or the game?

The laptop is pretty new and is an Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 GA401IV

To provide more information on this, I might be watching a game, click to change to a different camera angle and the game will just close to the desktop.

I have had the game crash twice on me so far: at first launch and randomly when creating my manager profile. Yet, there is nothing to be found in the crashdumps folder? Any suggestions?

[Tactics Screen Bug]

When I try to replace a player with someone from outside the match day squad it does not let me complete this command.

E.g. in screenshot attached, I try to replace Andrada with Greif and it doesn't work.

 

I cleared the entire team selection and now I cannot add any players to any positions.

Any suggestions

I have tried 1920x1080 but that seems to cause the issue that people were originally complaining about.

This is where the buttons do not seem to fit on the screen.

Using the zoom options within game then cause the tactics board to become either too big or too small.

 

Hopefully they release extra options as promised to fix this annoyance.

 

[Display Resolution]

Hi everyone,

I have seen a few threads about the display resolution and the issues FM21 has had with this.

I have a laptop that has the recommended resolution of 2560x1440 and 200% scaling but this was too 'big' for the game.

I reduced it to 1920x1200 and 150% and this works fine.

However, it leaves black spaces on the side of the screen due to the reduced resolution.

It doesn't cause a problem within the game but it's annoying having to revert to a different size everytime I exit the game and am just using the laptop for something else.

 

Any suggestions on how to select a more efficient resolution?
