Ive noticed this on Football Manger 22, its been ridiculous for applying for new jobs always failing job applications for stupid reasons like not not having experience getting teams promoted when the team only has to finish mid table in the league. This is definitely a bug in the game and i cant believe it hasn't been sorted out or patched up yet and the games been out like 4 month, hopefully its been/getting patched for the up coming winter update.

Find this to be abit fishy, saying use are only into the 2nd season and they're appointing newgens as managers. Ive noticed you cant get a job interview in VNL using a National C, B and A Badge and Regional/National Level experience when you start a save unemployed on FM22 you just get laughed at and don't make the shortlist for the job but you could easily get a VNL job with the National C Badge on the previous FMs.

Ive just loaded up a new save (Unemployed) with the National C badge and the Regional Football level, applied for the Barnet job and these are the screen shot responses for the Barnet Job Advert and the next day why my application didn't make the shortlist. Ive also tried applying with the next coaching badge up National B and National Football Level and get the same outcome. the save file game ive uploaded to Si Cloud Service is called Not making the shortlist for job interviews in or just get turned down straight away (VNL) on FM22.
