Player personalities are being hugely boosted from importing fm23 save. My fm23 Bath City save had most of my signings in fm23 being welcomed by a Model Citizen player Tom Smith. On importing this save to fm24 my players have all been recredited with welcoming bonus and anyone welcomed by the Model Citizen is now a model citizen themselves. I now have 18 model citizens in my squad.

It's not just determination that has a bug with the welcoming period from fm23 save of Bath with Tom Smith as model citizen. I had him doing all introductions. Now most of my squad are Model Citizens after importing to FM24. I think it may only affect players transferred under fm23 and converted to fm24. Haven't seen the player transferred under fm24 have the same effect. yet*

wonder if it's related to the issue I see in my current save where 5+ years in, the top clubs seem to severly lack outfield coaches. This could have an impact on their development at those clubs if they are not getting loaned out and getting game time.

It seems that the AI managers don't recruit general coaches. Liverpool for instance in Feb 2027 have: 3 senior squad gk coaches 4 senior squad fitness coaches 1 senior squad Coach for everything else. 1 U23 GK coach 2 U23 fitness coaches 0 u23 coaches 1 u18 gk coach 2 u18 fitness coaches 2 u18 coaches. Man City have 0 general coaches for senior team. 3 GK and 1 Fitness. This is with a Large DB with random players.
