For some reason, sometimes some player screens become full of plans as you can see in the image below. The other image shows how it should look like and how it looks if I look at another player. Skin or no skin it still persists. It happens and then goes away randomly. I've had this issue for a couple of years now with past games too.

Random players getting contracts even though I am the only one that should be giving them out. My DoF is the one that notifies me they've signed them but he shouldn't be offering them in the first place.
