Scouts return no recommendations

Same problem in my Newcastle save. The recommendations don't show up in the "recruitement focus" but do show up as "recruitement focus matches" when i list all players. Also: I have a focus where I want to scout young players (20 or below) and when I click on "in progess", I see that my scouts are looking at players like 37 year old Adriano.
