Hello, I think there are some issues with the stats (and potential) of some of the Bayern Munich II and U19 players:
B-Team:- Angelo Stiller
He is the outstanding player of the B team and his stats should reflect that.
All play goes through him, so "Off the ball" needs to be a lot higher, aswell as "Composure", "Concentration" and "dribbling". "Starmina" also should be higher, he plays every game, for 90 minutes (except injuries of course). As he is the set piece taker, "free kicks" and "corners" should also be increased. "Determination" of 4 is too low, he seems to be leaving Bayern at the end of the season, due to lack of 1st team minutes. This alone should make his determination higher from my understanding.
His current ability should probably be among the highest in the squad (I'd say a Bundesliga 2 player easily) and potential ability should not be (much) lower than Adrian Feins.- Fiete Arp
His free kicks are much better than 10. He scored 1 this season, hit the post with another and they are always dangerous in general. The issue with him being unable to play, has already been adressed from what I have read.
- Chris Richards
It has already been adressed, that he needs the ability to play RB. But also hist stats should be higher to reflect that. Higher crossing and ball controll (see Bayern game vs Hertha). Determination 10 also seems low for him. He should be closer to the 1st team in gernal.
Obviously I cant see the exact potential ratings, but Zaiser shouldnt be one of the better talents and in the same range as Dantas and better than Richards, Kühn and especially Stiller, as they are MUCH better.
U19:
- Jamal Musiala
Has already been mentionend, should be better in general (but I think has already been adjusted)
- Bright Arrey-Mbi
He should be able to play LB. He was tested there for the 1st team just before the UCL knockout tournament, and then went to Portugal as part of the squad as a LB. Mainly his technical stats should be bumbed up, so he can play there.
- Malik Tillman
IG he is much more of a CM than a striker (deep lying forward), the position he has always played in mans football. He also scored at an impressive rate, so his "Finishing", "Dribbling" and "Off the ball" should be increased to make him more of an attacker than a (defensive) mid.
- Lasse Günther
While his stats seem good to me, I think his potential should be better. He is considered one of the better talents from Germany, born in 2003. (potential might be at the lower point of its range tho, but it should be high enough to become a Bundesliga player at least)
- Jamie Lawrence
So far this season he has been a starter for Bayern II and has looked good. He should be much more of a ball playing CB than he is, so increases in his technical stats aswell as his general defensive stats are needed. Determination 5 also seems randomly low, same goes for his potential (similar to Günther, but he has proven more so far).
At last, some of the better talents are missing. Luca Denk, Armindo Sieb (who already had his debut for the 1st team), Mamin Sanyang. I understand that its hard (impossible) to do the research for all the players, but I feel like these should be in, as they are some of the best talents.
If needed, I can go into more detail regarding some of the players.
Thank you for your work!6

Ok, I will expand more on these players. Obviously, judging player potential is always hard, but from what I have seen and other people reported, there is reasonable hope that they could make an impact at Bayerns 1st team (not necessarily as a starter, but I wouldnt rule it out)
For a player his age, his physical developement has already gone quite far. He is a pacy inside forward, making good runs (on and off the ball) with an eye for goal and finishing ability. At just 16 he performed well in the Uefa Youth League (3 goals in 5 matches) and the U19-Bundesliga. So his outstanding attributes should be his pace (relative to his age!, so he still can/has to develop a little), "off the ball", "dribbling" , "ball controll" and "finishing". He can also play across the front line, but mainly on the right. Problem for him is his proneness to injuries, which held him back completely this season so far.
As I already said, he made his first impressions in the 3rd division of Germany and hasnt looked ouf of place. Obviously, with his height he is great in the air and can win most of his duels and also looked quite dangerous at attacking the ball from set pieces. He is comfortable on the ball, playing out from the back and switching play with long passes, showing his ability to pass the ball and the needed vision. He also played the LCB without many issues, so his left foot is atleast decent. While he isnt fully developed on the physical side, he could absolutely hold his own against more experienced attackers, both in 1v1 and sprinting duels.
Maybe the biggest talent of this list, he could become a great player for Bayern Munich. I think his debut for the 1st team at just 17 showed this, being picked before Arp was. He is a very two footed central attacker (Attacking Mid and Striker), who already has a good mix of quickness, attacking movement and technique. He also has some aggressiveness and bite to his game.
Unfortunately an ACL injury has thrown him back, but before this he considered maybe the best talent of Bayerns players born in 2003 similar to Torben Rhein. He is somewhat comparable to Mats Hummels in terms of playing style. Very good on the ball, a key man in build up play from CB or further up the pitch in central midfield. In general, a fantastic technical CB that can also score goals with a good shot (and free kicks). He is good on the physical side, just lacking a bit of pace and with some issues defensively from time to time. Also is a leading figure in his youth teams.
A right sided player, who mainly was a RW since joining Bayern, but also can play deeper as a RB even. His physical abilites are very impressive for his age, with his blistering pace and great dribbling ability he is a fun player to watch. He may not have the best end product yet, but with maturity and more experience, this can develop. His impact on the bayern u19 was instant, becoming a key player and with the u19 bundesliga paused, rather sooner than later he will make an impact with Bayern II
