Sorry for being repetitive Neil, but game balance IS ALREADY COMPROMISED with this issue. And you had one year for solving this since FM22 had the same problem, that it wasn't at FM21, so we can not understand any excuse because this problem has been in the game for a year, being notified in two BETAS. Please fix this asap -
Thanks for the answer, but a lot of people is waiting for this to be solved to know if it is worth to play the game. In FM21 this problem didn't exist, so, in 2022 we dont know what did you do but completely unbalanced the youth development. We expected this issue to be solved this year, so at least what we expect is to know when this will be solved

Taking a deep look into the data I see a pattern that i dont know if it is something wanted by SI that the newgens are players much more physical than technical than real players. I dont agree with this but maybe it is something intentional.

Lots of thanks Andrew, Related to this, do you have planned to solve this before the release? I remember last year that in a save that I had until 2050 (yes I'm crazy), that all the best wingers in the game had less than 15 finishing at all cases, and all the best full backs the same issue with crossing. I suppose that it is not intentional, and could be great if you solve this because I remember previous FMs where there was a bigger "diversity" between the atributes of the newgens. Any news about this topic by the SI Team? I guess a lot of people is waiting for this to be solved to start or continue a new save. In FM 2022 for me there was a big problem with the quality of the wonderkids generated, but at least they progressed. Hope this year we don't find that in a 12 years game the national squad are almost full of real players with 34 years, as it was in FM22

Hello, During a match, one of my players got injured, and when I wanna to subbed out him, i don't know what i touch but all menus disappear and i can't open my tactics to change this player or resume the game It's on Mac, so if you know how to deal with this, I really appreciate it Thanks
