  1. So, I don't know if this is a bug or feature, but as a manager of a club you are able to change the aforementioned tactics normally.

However, as soon as you take control of their training schedule, you won't be able to do that anymore. You are only able to change which tactic they are going to train, but they will default to first teams tactic and the tactic selection becomes gray. This is utterly stupid.

You can circumvent this by delegating the training back, changing the tactic, and then taking over the training again, but this seems overly cumbersome and unintuitive, especially if the staff goes and changes things when you delegate training back to them.

For example in my case, I got promoted so I want to try out a more defensive first team tactic, but as I have a very strong U19 team I want them to play more attacking football.

Why can't we just in control of both simultaneously?

  2. At least one save with IF Brommapojkarna.

I started a save with them in FM2020, and again in 2021 and it has become my favorite team to manage in the game.

The premise of the save is that you are in the 2nd/3rd tier of Swedish football (depends on the year), and you have exceptional academy coaching and youth recruitment (assuming they won't change). In the 2020 and 2021 FM games you also had a decent (not much but by the league standards) amount of money to start with. You can go on to do what you want: whether that is to try to be the best youth academy in the world, or try to climb the ladder and win the Champions League.

I'm also interested to start with Wrexham and Monza, both of which I had a save with in FM2021 -- and only because of the chairmen of these teams: Ryan Reynolds and Silvio Berlusconi.
