Yes, default skin also has issue. But not after the latest update. I think we're good now. This issue has been since FM19 or something.

@Michael Sant  Here you go. In the screenshot, [Loa | Dev | BPR] was expanded for De Rossi when I hover the mouse over it and then away from it. That Info section did not close automatically when the mouse position wasn't in that area anymore. Notice that the mouse cursor was changed to the arrow, indicating that it didn't have focus because it would have been the thumb/hand cursor if it had.

The original issue was in Beta and fixed at Released. This issue is still in Tactic screen.

No, sorry, not from before this occurred. It's pretty easy to reproduce. Just win everything in the first season in Spain, then you will play World Club Cup. Then you will be able to register ANY player in your squad, including your loan players. But when you play a match, these players cannot be selected with the error message as in the screenshot.
