i disabled the nvidia driver and its worked. 

But i think this is not a good way. You must fix it

its work against dxgi_error. 

The game opened but stuck in black on the start screen....

1 FPS appears

i dont have any custom add--ons. i tried all of what you said. But the error continues...

 I uninstall intel and nvidia graphic cards again and reinstalled graphics cards. + uninstall game and reinstall again. 

i did --config very_low but still this error continue...  Cant open game... 

i can play dota2, Fifa 20, AgeofHD, CS GO ext. You dont understand.. its not about graphic card - its about your game!! 2 months ago u did 1 update and its gone...

i have problem for 2 months. DXGI_ERROR_DRIVER_INTERNAL_ERROR. I created a ticket with logs + screenshots, but the response i got was; update your graphics card. I've deleted and reinstalled all my graphics cards 2 times and i'm sure they're up to date  but the problem continue.
