Can you check if the error has generated a crash dump file for you, please? Please upload the latest crash dump file on here.

The crash dump file can be located at the following default location: C:\Users\[Your Windows Username]\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\crash dumps

So i deleted everything again , and reinstalled. Now i managed to enter the game , but as i see it says i am running 20.4.0. update. So i suppose when the game auto-update to 20.4.2 this will be the end again. I will keep you updated , but now i will try to play cuz i dont know when will be the next time that i will be able to play. Then if it update again and crash i will search for crash dump file and send it to you. Thanks for the answers!

Did you follow the link and do all the troubleshooting instructions as suggested by Jimmy above?

I did most of them yesterday. Now as you said i did them again. I deleted cache and prefs . Did the other thing with making new folder. Tried with the thing "set launch optins". Now i veryfied files and it said that 1 file is incorrect or something like that. Tried to enter the game - CRASH again. Should i unistall steam + FM 20 and try again or what should i do from now ?

And was it working for you before 20.4.2? Are you trying to run any custom graphics/editor files or anything else custom?

It was working perfect before the update. Never ever had a problem or crash or freeze or anything, it started after the update. I DONT use any custom graphics/editor or anything else extra or custom.

Hi, what platform and OS are you running FM20 with?

Can you please follow all of the steps from this FAQ and see if it helps, please?

Can you try joining the public Beta build and seeing if that helps at all, please:

    - Open Steam
    - Go to 'Football Manager 2020' within your Steam Library
    - Right-Click on the game and select 'Properties'
    - Select the 'Beta' tab
    - Via the 'Select the beta you would like to opt into' dropdown, select 'public beta'
    - Click 'Close'

Thanks for the answer again. So i did it and it downloaded additional like 250 MB but again crash :( ... Then i reversed it again to normal - same crash again...
