Has anyone else noticed dynamic rivalries develop for other clubs, but not your own club? In Sweden, there are multiple clubs that consider my club as a rival, but my club does not think the same of the other clubs (or any club for that matter). Just curious if anyone else has seen this when a club is dominating a division.

If you don't want to spend time on creating your own tactics, why not just use one of the many tactics downloads that are available ? take that as a starting point and yu only require to make small adjustments from there if you want.
Not relevant to the topic at hand, but it would be nice to have an instruction to the players to lay off the other team in a game that’s gotten out of hand. (I thought this is what was meant somewhat by mercy tactic in the title). If I’m up 8-0, while some of the players may be complacent and contributing to a similar idea, I’d like to be able to just shout at the players to stop playing aggressively, just play at the back and not truly try to push forward. Just a time management thing instead of changing a bunch of Team instructions to get the desired result.

I currently have a save going where I’m managing Räppe GOIF, a Swedish club. I’m in my 9th season or so at the club and I’m having a weird dilemma with youth recruitment. I just made it to the group stages of the champions league and have 16 million in the bank.
Throughout the rise from the fourth division of Swedish soccer, the club has continually allowed me to upgrade the junior coaching budget, but not the youth recruitment. Currently, the club has excellent junior coaching, but limited youth recruitment. The club is in the process of building a new ground.
I just find it weird that they’ll allow me to upgrade everything but youth recruitment. This is the first time I can remember managing a club in FM with a council as ownership, could that have something to do with it? Anyways, just curious on any thoughts you all might have.

Dynamic Rivalries

I was just surprised that was a function in the game for dynamic rivalries. I don’t remember seeing anything similar in the initial set-up of clubs, but maybe I’m just missing something or SI doesn’t want to cause drama from some fan base? How long do you think it would take to develop a rivalry in European competition as I don’t think I’ll ever have any rivals until that occurs.
