We lost two games which I would have hoped that we could have won. Two 1-0 wins to end the month was fantastic just the type of football I love

A very good month for us this year, we got knocked out of the Cup by a Super League team. Only lost one game this month and won the rest in the league

September 2021
Not a terrible start to the season as only have lost one, conceding to many for my liking, have resulted in draws. I am still in stable job but they wanted me to be right at the top of the league really.
One more striker came in on loan will be immediate starter but sounds like he belongs in @ToMexico!! save.

Pre Season 2021
We did not play too many friendlies this year as we had a very small squad as a few players left on a free and I really wanted to focus on building the squad up before dealing with friendlies.
Four players into the squad that should hopefully help straight away. A couple left one for cash, he was not a player that fitted my system.

End of Season 2020/21
We had a decent season in my eyes as we secured a mid table spot. I think we have the team to have done a little better but we have to happy where finished in light of the fact that I am trying to impliment a Catenaccio system which is difficult. The cup was no existent as we did not get past the first round'
Top Players
Ozan Klicoglu - played very well for me in the middle of the park and was just solid
Mete Sevinc - centre half who played in the middle of the back three very good
Gencey Erten - played infront of the back three clearing everything up for me
Next Year
I think this squad needs a little bit of an overhaul so it will be a very busy summer I expect. I think I need some more players who are suited to the formation so expect a lot of defenders coming in. I am growing some affection for this team I am just hopeful we can add some decent quality as the board want a top three finish next year so if I dont I will be back in the Job Centre

I have no idea what went on this month we seemed to smash a couple of teams early on but then got battered to end the season bit odd really

March 2021
I thought things were on the change but then we had this month. One win and then two defeats, this is so frustrating just when you think things are going well you see this

We lost our first game of the month but then remained unbeaten with two wins to boot. I think we are too far off the playoffs now but we can still finish with a strong run

January 2021
Nearly an unbeaten month, we did only get one win though which not ideal, I think it does show us that we are very hard to beat which I like to see
We brought in one young defender on loan I think he is a good player who will improve our team straight away

An unbeaten month and my first one ever, we even got a point against top of the league. I am 2nd favourite in the Sack Race apparently despite my job saying stable

A very frustrating month for us where we beat one of the best teams in the League but struggle against others which is not ideal

A much better month as we seemed to improve defensively a little bit. The new owner also now seems satisfied so I suppose I am safe for the time being.

We have not been great this month 2 wins is not good enough. We have had an early exit in the cup to. We have had a take over and they are considering if they should allow me to keep my job so thats fun
One player came in, a name I cannot say looks decent enough striker for this level

Pre Season 2020
I lost a few players that I really wanted to keep but would not sign any new deals which is very frustrating as I did not have long to convince them. My best Centre Back left as the board accepted an offer and I could not protest it. I managed to bring in just the one player, I am not sure he will start but he should be decent enough cover for me.
We had a fantastic preseason where we did not concede too many which is ideally what I am looking for. I got a little excited and played the first game of the season and lost

Sivas Dört Eylül Belediye Spor is a Turkish professional football club located in Sivas. The team currently plays in the TFF Second League. The club was promoted to the TFF Third League after the 2009–10 season. They finally were promoted to the TFF Second League after winning the promotion play-offs in the 2014–15 season. They have also a volleyball team and played in Turkish Men's Volleyball League between 2011 [1] and 2013
Last year they finished 13th and are looking for a little bit better this time around looking for at the very least at top half finish. I suppose I will have a full pre season to try and get my style to work here but I think it still needs some tweaking.

May 2020
Again i was not that bad to the end of the season but we just did not do enough to stay up, too many goals this month and I am not sure my tactical tweak had worked we scored more but conceded much more
This was not surprise to anyone

We played one game in March which was a defeat. We are not doing too badly being a little more defensive I am hoping we can do a little more going forward and get out of the drop zone but only a few games left

I was unemployed for a very long time as no one seemed to want me in as the gaffer.
FK Viktoria Žižkov is one of the oldest football clubs in the Czech Republic, from Žižkov (since 1922 part of Prague). It plays in the Czech National Football League, the second tier of football in the country. The club won the Czechoslovak First League title in the 1927–28 season. It has also won two editions of the Czech Cup.
Eventually Zizkov offered me the job.
With where we are in the League I think it is going to be a stressful couple of months as we try and survive the impending drop. I really hope we have enough to survive as an early relegation and sacking would not be inkeeping for Il mago

Helenio Herrera
Helenio Herrera Gavilán (Spanish pronunciation: [eˈlenjo eˈreɾa ɣaβiˈlan]; 10 April 1910 – 9 November 1997) was an Argentine, naturalized French, football player and manager. He is best remembered for his success with the Inter Milan team known as Grande Inter in the 1960s.
During his managerial career, Herrera won four La Liga titles in Spain (with Atlético Madrid and Barcelona) and three Serie A titles in Italy with Inter. He also guided Inter to European glory, winning two consecutive European Cups, among several other honours. He is regarded as one of the greatest managers of all time.[1]
Herrera was arguably the first manager to collect credit for his teams' performances, in the process becoming a superstar in the world of football. Up to that time, managers were more marginal figures in a team. All teams throughout Europe were known for their headline-grabbing individual players, e.g. Di Stéfano's Real Madrid, whereas Inter during the 1960s is still referred to as Herrera's Inter.
I have taken massive inspiration from @Makoto Nakamura and his fantastic save as Zeman I am hopeful that I can be just half as successful as him.
So what will my playing style be, we to the surprise of no one it will be Catenaccio or at least a modern version of that. One of the big criticisms of Catenaccio was that it was defensive and not very free scoring although this is some Herrera massively disputed as Inter and Barcelona tactics were free flowing and did score goals. I will try to bring that ideal across to my teams. I am starting unemployed as a Sunday League Footballer.

Southport FC
End of Season
Another season that was amazing. In the League we managed to go up via the playoffs and I think it was deserved as we spent much of the year in the top 3. It was once again a dodgy January and February that caused us issues. But in the end we went up. In the Cups we did well. We went out in the first round of the League Cup. In the FA Cup we got a Championship scalp but then got knocked out by a side who had offered me a job. We also had fun in the Leasing.com trophy but we were knocked out by a superb young side.
Finances - looking much better but with my chairman retiring I will wait to see what happens with these
Transfers - my first ever signing at the club left and we brought in a lot of good young talent
Key Players
Keyendrah Simmonds - what an absolute beast of a striker I love him scores a ton and also does a lot more work for the team
Jack Stobbs - not as good as last year but has had some injuries when he has played he was brilliant
Enock Asante - was only on the bench for me last year but he has improved no end and has become a proper player this year
Next Year
I am not sure what happens next year as I think that we are way above where we should be. I think survival will be too much for us and we may struggle. I also have noticed a couple of jobs that are on the verge of coming available that I may well want a closer look at.
