This would be an issue for the Transfers forum. Although bear in mind that sometimes teams demand absurd prices as a way of saying 'not for sale'.

I uploaded two files.
Hospitalet 0105.fm - this is save from season 22/23, where I should been promoted to play-offs. But the save is from the day after league has ended and play-offs pair have been drawn (I have no save from that season before the pairs draw). Screenshots in my post above.
Hospitalet 1904.fm - this is save from season before (21/22), two league matches before the end f that season. There will be the same situation - two of teams which reach play-offs due the league rules, won't play this matches. There will be drawn 14 not 16 teams in play-offs semi finals and - somehow - in the finals will be 4 pairs.
Hi, this issue has been fixed since the beta so it's working fine now on new saves. Not much consolation to you, I'm afraid, but rest assured that it works fine on a new game. Thanks for reporting.

I was talking about the first season in that post, but we still want the second season to work too! Could you upload a save game that shows this issue? Would be great if you could get one just before the playoffs are drawn. Thanks.

Hi everyone, a note about promotion from the Second Division B. We haven't done a good job of explaining the rules for this division and we're working on making that better right now. Thanks to everyone who has pointed this out.
There's also an issue that the game is treating qualification to the new Second Division Pro as a promotion (which it kind of is but also kind of isn't) in terms of news items etc. This is making it confusing for managers who are chasing the 'real' promotion to the Second Division. It does look as though the actual promotion mechanics are working fine, so the teams that should be promoted are being promoted. There's just a storm of confusing messages surrounding the various promotions and we're working on fixing that now.
So, long story short: I think we have caught all of the issues surrounding the Second Division B. But please do let us know if there are any new issues (ie issues that haven't been reported already or dealt with in this post).

The official regulations say this - Article 11:
3. The grouping of the series is prepared according to the geographic location of the Clubs, in accordance with criteria published in an Official Communication from the FPF.
4. Clubs in the Autonomous Region of Madeira are placed alternately in the most northern series and Clubs in the Autonomous Region of the Azores in the most southern series, according to the order of the series. "
Also, the next points mention that point 3 applies to the other phases of the competition (Promotion and Relegation Groups).
Now, when it comes to the official Communication, the one from this year doesn't mention the actual criteria used, but the Official Communication 10 from 2019 have this to say:
The constitution of the series now disclosed is the result of the aggregation of clubs made by a computer application that, considering the geographical coordinates of the headquarters of each qualified participant from North to South, it determined with maximum accuracy the set of clubs with the closest geographic location to aggregate in the same series.
Also, if you look at how the groups are organised each season, you'll find that they always follow this rule - Groups organised from North to South, with teams from Madeira and Azores always on the groups with teams around Porto and Lisbon, so they're close to an airport.
Thanks for that. It would still be great if you could provide a save and highlight at least a few clubs that are in the wrong section. The more concrete detail we get, the easier it will be to fix once and for all.

@kenankodro@Masonp2 Thanks for the help everyone. We had a look at the saves you uploaded and it looks like this issue was related to another fixtures problem from the beta. That problem has been fixed now but it doesn't apply to old saves. If anyone finds this problem in a new save, please let us know.

Hi, can you or @cleiria (or anyone else) upload a save that shows this incorrect regional division sorting? And it would be great if you could send a link to an official source on how the sorting is decided. Let's try to get this one sorted once and for all.

Arrows got relegated after the first season. They are ineligible for relegation according to the league rules.
And the second season just whoever is top of the league after 7 games qualifies for the champions league...not the champion (me).
Then 2nd and 3rd qualified for the other Asian cup. The rules state who is top qualifies for the Asian champions league so its in line with the rules but frankly its a bloody crazy way to decide it if it is real.

Hmm. I'm not seeing Zebre U23 in the Italian Cup in a new save I just started. Any chance this happened on a save you started in the beta? If you start a new save, are Zebre in there? We did have some issues with Zebre U23 and cups but they were fixed for release.

Apologies for the lack of response in the recent days. The registration issue has been logged and is being actively worked on. As you might expect I'm reluctant to give a timeframe because we don't want to disappoint anyone but I can assure you we want the Israeli league to be working perfectly just as much as you do. This was addressed just a few posts above. This is because the 4th tier in Norway was added purely as a means to have more reserve teams appear in active competitions (same goes for French 4th tier and Romanian 3rd tier) rather than be playable.

I'm not sure what the issue is here. The first two divisions in that image are present in the game.

Yes, every league has a Rules page that explains all of this and the KKD is no different.
