Maybe. I have a feeling this may be a financial matter although my finances are better than before. I know I'm losing money every month so that may be an explanation but my overall finances are positive. If I don't figure this out soon I will definitely try to post in the bug section.

Take a look at the league in the Pre Game Editor. If you look at contract types tab (or whatever it’s called, I don’t have my laptop on right now) it shows you what contract types you can offer each player dependent on their squad status. It could be that the researcher for that nation set it so you can only offer amateur contracts.

It's only for my staff though. And some can be offered part-time contracts still but not all. I had a very good physio on a part-time but all of the sudden I can only offer her an amateur contract.

I use the praise shout and it seems to be going well *now*. When I was in the lower leagues I would almost always concede fairly quickly after the shout.

Hey guys. So I'm managing a semi-professional club and have players and staff on part-time contracts but all of the sudden I can only offer amateur contracts to my staff with the exception of my scouts and assistant manager. Does anybody know the reason for this? How do I fix it?

I've attached some images just for clarity but I'll answer any questions to get this sorted.
