[Trouble with South American club continental rules]

Just fixed it, the issues were both the setup date not being defined  but also some problem with getting the winners from the previous edition

so I'm trying to recreate a South American Continental structure redistributing more equally the slots, but after some hours messing with the editor I'm simply can't find what isn't working

Most stages are in theory fine but the main issue is that for some reason the teams aren't getting into the group stage except for the current continental winners

"New stage 0 for CONMEBOL Libertadores can't find enough teams to be created. 2 teams found, 32 created"
